Janet Neduzak

Janet Neduzak graduated with her certificate in Dental Assisting in 1984 and has been employed at Red River College Polytechnic in Winnipeg as a Dental Assisting Instructor since 2008. She is deeply passionate about the dental assisting profession and is strongly committed to community‑based dental health education.

Janet has an extensive history of professional leadership, having served as President of the Manitoba Dental Assistants Association, President of the National Dental Assisting Examining Board, a Board Director for the Manitoba Dental Association, and a Board Member of the Canadian Dental Assistants Association. In recognition of her dedication to advancing dental assisting education in Manitoba, Janet received the Penny Waite Award from CDAA.

She currently serves as Chair of the Dental Assisting Educators of Canada committee, where she has coordinated national online professional development opportunities for educators across Canada.

Living in a rural Manitoba community, Janet is a proud mother of two adult children who are now married and living outside of the province and country. She and her husband enjoy camping, biking, spending time outdoors and travelling to spend time with their family, especially their newest family member, their grandson.
