Dr. Kyle Fraser

Dr. Kyle Fraser is the Registrar and Executive Director of the College of Dental Hygienists of Manitoba, providing executive leadership for registration, quality assurance, policy development, governance advisory support, and enterprise systems within a legislated regulatory organization. His Doctor of Education focused on organizational change and leadership, shaping his approach to guiding complex institutions through modernization and strategic transformation. Dr. Fraser brings extensive experience in postsecondary education and health profession regulation, including leadership roles with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario and academic appointments in accredited dental hygiene programs across Canada, and contributes nationally through board service supporting accreditation, regulatory collaboration, research advancement and professional excellence.
