Jerry Zhang

Jerry is a finance professional with more than twenty years of experience in the private, public and not-for-profit sectors.  He is currently the Director, Strategic Business Services for iGaming Ontario, the provincial government agency where he is responsible for providing executive leadership in risk management, audit, financial planning, reporting and operation.  Before joining iGaming Ontario, Jerry was the Director of Finance and Administration with Ontario Arts Council for seven years, overseeing the government agency’s finance, information systems, cyber security, record management, procurement and facility management.  Prior to that, Jerry served as the Vice President of Finance at Commissionaires Great Lakes, a Toronto based not-for-profit organization. He also held finance leadership positions with senior housing, telecommunications and technology companies in Canada.

Jerry has an MBA from the Schulich School of Business, York University, and holds CPA, CMA and CFA designations.
