Applying for Accreditation
All new programs seeking accreditation are asked to read the Guide to Accreditation. Please contact us with any questions at www.cdac-cadc.ca.
Deadlines
Programs applying for intake/enrollment increases, significant changes to program, applications for survey visits, applications for preliminary approval, and other time-sensitive requests, can submit agenda items for consideration before March 1st for review at the Spring meetings and/or before August 1st for review at the November meetings of the Accreditation Review Committees. Depending on the nature of the request we will do our best to respond to programs as quickly as possible in between Spring and Fall review committee meetings as necessary.
CDAC staff will exercise discretion to determine whether submitted agenda items are to be reviewed at Spring or Fall review committee meetings or in between. Institutions will be notified of CDAC’s decision regarding the consideration of items in a timely manner.
